Basically Zoloft (SSRI Antidepressant) used in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, panic disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, etc. It is one of the safest drugs used in the treatment of depression. However, it is known to cause the following side effects: Sleep disturbances, sexual dysfunctions (loss of libido, failure of ejaculation), agitation, abdominal pain, dry mouth, dry eyes, blurring of vision due to dilated pupils. It is also associated with abnormal menstrual bleeding (intermenstrual).
