What Are The Side Effects Of Zoryl-M?

Dear Dr, I am a Diabetic patient more than 20 years, recently my doctor suggest me ZORYL m2 tab Two a day, after taking this fat is accumulating in my Tummy is it normal ? or I am also taking Wosalin 70/30 insulin inj on my tummy twice a day 15/10 units a day. Kindly reply

I appreciate your concern for the safety of Zoryl-M2.

Zoryl M2 contains a medically approved combination Glimepiride & Metformin. Glimepride stimulates Insulin secretion where as Metformin is an Insulin sensitizer.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach upset, diarrhea, allergic reactions and weight gain.

Weight gain can also occur with the use of Wosalin Insulin.
