What Are The Side Effects Of A Scratch Caused By Galvanized Steel?

My husband was working with galvanized steal today and it scratched his leg in 3 places and now his leg is so sore he can barely walk on it. He s not the type to complain of pain so I was concerned about the possible side effects and what we might be able to do to help. Thank you!

mere scrathing with galvanized pipe will not cause a such a great injury. either the galvanized pipe is rusted. if it is rusted than the problem starts. this type of rusted galvanized pipe may lead to tetanus. you should check the status of t.t. of your husband. if they not received any tetanus then you should first start t.t. injection. and you should also start with antibiotics, analgesics after consulting your nearby doctors.
