hi Dr I had masturbation for about 4 years but now a few weeks back I have stopped it because of its side effects that may spoil my life; my doubt for now is that will this sudden avoiding of masturbation avoid my body health also I want to bring to the notice that I used to have wet dreams which irritates me a lot plz suggest your advice sir

Side effects of not masturbating is what you are experiencing I.e. wet dreams and worries and concern about your health mastubation is a very normal process and practiced by all men and it doesn't cause any side effects or weakness as being heard from people .
