What Are The Side Effects Of Bath Salts During Pregnancy ?
Before I ask this please don t condemn me for my bad choice. A little back ground. I m 21 years old, for 2 years I ve had a meth problem. I found out I was pregnant in November 2010. I m currently 7 months pregnant and 6 days. When I found out I was pregnant I only smoked meth once which was 2 months ago. I ve tried finding alternatives to my problem. I ve done extremely well considering I ve been on it for 2 years. And only once did I smoke it. Now my actual problem. I ve been craving meth and I found the synthetic concentrated bath salts that give you the meth like high. I snorted very little couldnt have been more than 15-20 mg. What I want to know is, what are the side effects of this stuff. I don t plan on doing it anymore. But I can t promise I wont especially if im under the impression everything will be fine. Do not patronize me with idiotic insults im fully aware that my choices are not so grand but your not me and I d appreciate it if you kept your personal opinions of my choices to yourself thank you.

i only discuss about meth and pregnancy nothing else as u have drawn boundary and u r smart enough to be aware of ur condition.
Methamphetamine passes through the placenta and is secreted into breast milk.
so it affect both during and after pregnancy
Infants born to methamphetamine-abusing mothers were found to have a significantly smaller gestational age-adjusted head circumference and birth weight measurements.
Methamphetamine exposure was also associated with neonatal withdrawal symptoms of agitation, vomiting and tachypnea.
This withdrawal syndrome is relatively mild and only requires medical intervention some times.
