What Are The Side Effects Of Birth Control Pills ?

I take birth control to regulate my period, but in early June I had to take antibiotics for for a kidney infection & didn't realize that it would effect my birth control. My boyfriend & I are sexually active & use the pull out method with my birth control. My period was about a week or so ago & was really light compred to my normal & it turnedbrown early on & would go back & froth from brown to a light pink then brown again & it fnished that way. I've been of my period for a few days now & my breasts are still sore, & I've been really tired, am I pregnant? What's going on with me?

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Get a urine pregnancy test done first so that you'd immediately be relieved. Second, there are certain drugs which decreases the effect of your birth control pills so you have to be watchful regarding that.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
