What Are The Side Effects Of Budecort And Omnacortil And Are They Safe For Kids?

My four and a half year old daughter had cough ,cold and wheezing two weeks back.Her pediatrician has given nebulization with budecort .5mg and omnacortil 5 mg syrup for 5 days.Is it a safe medicine for kids bcos it contains steroid and what are the side effects of this medicine

If problem of your child can be controlled with nebulization and non steroid bronco dilator it is well and good. how ever it is the discretion of treating doctor. I have given my view only.
