My age is 26 yrs, weight 60 kgs. yesterday i do sex with my boyfriend without condom. today my periods get started. now can i take unwanted 72 or any other type of contraceptive pill. also tell me the side effects of contraceptive pill. till now i have taken around 20 contraceptive pill. Do it is harmful for pregnancy??
You got your period which means that you have less chance to get pregnant from that act of intercourse. In the future, it is a good idea to not take chances. Use an effective form of birth control and a condom, whenever you have intercourse.
Irregular bleeding,headache,weight gain ,acne ,breast discomfort, fatigue or dizziness are some of the common side effects.Other serious side effects like thromboembolism occur with chronic use of the pills.
