What Are The Side Effects Of Cosmelite Cream?

hi i was in india in july month. I got a cream called cosmelite...it worked really wel..after i came to london, were i live, sometimes my face just get red. i think i have to stop using the cream. But im afraid, because i dont want to be dark....But i think thats the only way... Do you know the cream? is it a good cream or? because i have been using the cream for about 6 month. And my skin is burning sensation with redness, and its feeling very hot. Do you think i have to stop using the cream? Have i already spoiled my face? Im so afraid! i hope someone will really help me!

Cosmelite cream is a combination medicine containing Hydroquinone, Mometasone and Tretinoin. All the three drugs are very powerful agents that help in skin lightening. This cream should not be used for more than 6 to 8 weeks due to the severe side effects. I would suggest you to stop using the cream. A mild steroid cream can be used which should also be stopped by 2 weeks of use.
