What Are The Side Effects Of Diclofenac 75mg?

Hi,I have been on diclofenac 75mg DR tab, for 1 yr recently my Dr. increased my dose to 2X daily,I have recently very irritable & have had 35 pound wt gain since I started.Im seeing my Dr next week to discuss this.Is there any other medication out there thats not too expensive? Debbie

Stop taking diclofenac and get medical help right away if you notice any of the following rare but serious side effects: bloody or black/tarry stools, persistent stomach/abdominal pain, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, chest/jaw/left arm pain, shortness of breath, unusual sweating, weakness on one side of the body, sudden vision changes, slurred speech.

Talk with your doctor about the risks and benefits of treatment with this medication.
