What Are The Side Effects Of Eating A Pencil Lead?
sir i am 22 and recently i have developed this habit of eating pencil lead.now it is so pronounced that i end up eating 2-3 sticks of pencil lead. its like developing a tolerance coz i feel very unusual and try to seek out more pencils and once i have it i feel very relaxed..... please advise. is it harmful?

I really appreciate your concern, this is the functional condition you have and it called the geophagia it is advisable to control your impulses seems difficult but once you start avoiding it and soon you will not touch the pencil again and if you can not do this then you will have to see the psychiatrist hope this information helps.
