What Are The Side Effects Of Emergency Contraceptive Pills?

I took an emergency contraceptive pill after unprotected sex within 6-7hours. After that I had experienced abdominal pain ,nausea and headaches. And I had my period one week inadvance with very light flow of bleed. Then I fingered myself after washing my hands with sanitizer and now I am experiencing spotting and vaginal itching. I Dont know what is the reason. The STI or ipill or my fingering after washing hands with handsanitizer?Help.

emergency contraceptive pills are used in emergency within 72 hours of unprotected sex to prevent pregnancy.
common side effect of emergency contraceptive pills are bleeding, abdominal cramps, headache, nausea, vomiting,dizziness, breast tenderness etc.
avoid use of finger, because sanitizer may produce allergic reaction and can leads to itching.
wait for few days and you will relieve from all symptoms
