Hello,

Masturbation is natural, normal and not unhealthy if done within moderation. One masturbation in one week is pretty normal and such a practice cannot make you weak. Do not increase the masturbation frequency more than 3 times a week. What is the length and size of your erect penis? Let me know.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand, Psychologist
