What Are The Side Effects Of Femcinol A Gel And Sofradex?

iam having pimples since 3 yrs...firstly i thought may me it's bcoz of hormonal changes but it din ended...n now my doc has prescribed me femcinol a gel and sofradex.....n since i have a sensitive skin i hope it won't cause any side effect on my skin....

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Acne can occur due to a number of causes like oily skin, clogged pores, hormonal imbalances, bacterial infection, inflammation etc..
Aa you are being advised Femcinol A cream that contains Clindamycin and Niacinamide and Sofradex contain Steroid dexamethasone and antibiotic Framycetin.
You can continue the same but Sofradex should not be used for long term without consulting a Dermatologist as Steroid has side effects on skin..
Along with it you can also apply creams containing Benzoyl Peroxide, Azelaic acid..
Apply Retinoids containing Adapelene gel at night..
You can also do cool compresses over pimples..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week to unclog the pores..
Avoid oily food and limit sun exposure..
