Hey there! Iam 15 years of age, and I was wondering if it is ok for me to take fenugreek pills, seeds or the extract, which one do you recommend? Anyways, I have heard that it makes periods on time, my periods are always late and often missed, I also heard that it causes infertility, is this true? :/ if I can take it how much mg do you recommend each day? I also want to take it because I have read that it increases breast size... Thanks!
Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. The reason for the irregular periods may be the anemia, or infection. After menarchy, for few months it may be irregular.Or there may be some structural abnormalities, like fibroids. I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis. I usually prescribe hematinics, fluconazole, and cifixime. Fenugreek is used for several ailments, but there is no proofs for any thing. It can be used based on belief, and belief can bring any results. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
