What Are The Side Effects Of G6pd Deficiency During Pregnancy?
My wife is g6pd defficient and we are looking for getting an abortion will it affect her health? Also we will be planni g a baby in few years later, will she have any complications while in oregnancy or will it be a different case altogather as she being defficient of that enzyme? Will the baby be healthy and dont have the same deficiency ??

Hello, This deficiency can be transferred to the baby.
But as it is there won't be much problem except risk of jaundice in mother and baby so report to gynecologist as soon as her urine is very yellow more than normal.
