Hi, Kamini is an over the counter Ayurvedic formulation intended for treating men’s sexual problems like erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. However there is no clinical study done to prove its safety and efficacy in treating such conditions. Moreover it contains opium as an important active ingredient which can cause euphoria, constipation, vomiting, dependence, addiction and withdrawal symptoms if stopped suddenly.
