im a 22 year old boy
i did masturbation for about 3 years, Severe! maybe sometimes 4 times a day.
i heard that it cause Psoriasis and maybe other skin sensations.
my skin some times have white spots that sometimes they Disappeared and some times are about red.

You are wrongly informed.Masturbation doesn't lead to psoriasis.
White and red spots over penis skin may be due to irritation resulting from excessive masturbation.You may need antibiotic and steroid ointment to be applied locally.
You should avoid excessive masturbation and try to concentrate in your activities.
You should avoid provocative literature and videos and try to keep busy yourself in your job.
