What Are The Side Effects Of Melacare Forte Cream?

Hi, i am a 24 year old woman. i am suffering from some respiratory problems which feels like thick mucous accumulation in chest. This is what i feel now. Didnt consult a physician yet. Sometimes now a days feels like i am going to faint all of a sudden. This s the first time i am suffering such a strange disorder. For the past 3 months i am using melacare forte cream, applying on my face, because i have lots od pimple spots and dark dots on my skin. i have fair skin tone. So these marks are visible very clearly. Now by using this i got quite good result too. So, i am suspecting the usage of this cream for my present illness feeling. Can you please help in finding a solutin for this?

Melacare Forte cream contains hydroquinone, mometasone and tretinoin which is used to treat melasma. It helps in quick skin renewal. It provides relief from redness, swelling and itching. It is also used to treat age spots, acne vulgaris, wrinkles, freckles, brown spot reduction etc. Side effects of Melacare Forte are face swelling, skin lightening, edema, hypopigmentation, skin burning, skin thinning, blisters, dryness, acnes, erythema, itching of skin, headache, shortness of breath, allergic reactions, stretch marks, contact dermatitis, increased redness of skin, perioral dermatitis, thinning of epidermis etc. Stop using this medication will disappear the side effects over time.
