I have hyperthyroidism and taken methimazole and I have recently discovered that I get tachycardia. My heart tends to beat in such an abnormal way that my chest moves. Could this medicine be the reason for this issue ? or is this just a side effect of the hyperthyroidism? What can I do to stop this form happening to me ? Thanks and please inform.
