2 days ago i had oral sex with a girl.She put her mouth all around my penis.I did some research on HIV aids.Now i think i have problems breathing and went to use the bathroom twice.I got some small bumbs but i think its my eczema.Is it me being scared or do i really have something

it is just eczema nothing else.
as hiv is having long incubation period of 10 yrs so it is not possible to have symptoms of hiv.
so do not worry.
