Hi

Hormonal pills does not cause yeast infections. But certain drugs can alter the vaginal ph and cause overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the vagina. This could result in vaginal infections.

Drugs in the form of tablets or cream containing clotrimazole can be used. Ph balancing washes can be used once a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
