What Are The Side Effects Of Ranitidine?
I have been taking ranitidine for 4 days. It seems like my acid reflux symtoms are worse and my stool has become green and loose . Also, accompanied by lots of cramping and acid taste in my throat when i cough. Could this be from the medicine. is it making things worse?

Hello there,
Ranitidine is one of the milder acid-reducing drugs available in the market. Maybe you can switch over to a stronger drug like Pantop(Pantoprazole/lansoprazole) . This requires a lower dosage. one tablet once a day for 1 week. It would reduce your acid reflux to a large extent.
