i abused marijuana for 3 years. I was a moderate user in my teens and early twenties. I started abusing it at age 24. I am now 28 and have been 41 days sober. I feel much better but I am concerned about possible long-term damage. Is there any way to know for certain if this is the case?
Hello, Thanks for putting your query on HCM. First of all its good to hear that you have been off the drug since over month and all praises to you.Since you have abused the drug for over 3 years that would have cause damage to your body but its not that its not reversible. You should take good nutrition in form of green veggies and fruits.Apart from that make sure you indulge in good amount of exercise and yoga. And most importantly if you get any craving you should not hresitate to visit trained professional/psychiatrist near your place so as not to get in this chain again. At present forget about what has gone by and plan nicely for your future.Wish you good health. If you have any further query, please feel free to ask.
