Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
Yes smoking has harmful effects on the fetus.
Pregnancy is considered best time to quit smoking.
Smoking cigarettes is probably the No. 1 cause of adverse outcomes for babies.
Complications include
babies born prematurely, babies born too small, babies who die before they can be born at all.
So i would suggest you to quit smoking.
Take balanced and healthy diet.
Take folic acid for 1st three months and iron & Calcium for rest of duration.
Go for follow up checkups.
Get your pelvic scan done for status of fetus.
Get your all base line investigations as well.
Visit your gynaecologist with your reports.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
Regards
