I started smoking when I was 16 years old and because I wasn t aloud to by my parents I d stop for a while then start smoking again until I got caught. I m 19 now and I ve started smoking again, in the three years I ve been smoking whenever I stop smoking then start again I feel as if I m shaking but my body doesn t move. I don t get sick or headaches but I will get the shaking sensation whilst smoking and a few minutes after. Is there a reason for this?
