The side effects of Aromek (Letrazole) 2.5 mg that have been reported more common, that can go away during the treatment as your body adjusts them are: back pain, bone pain, sweating and feeling of warmth, joint pain, muscle pain and less common are anxiety confusion constipation and diarrhea, dry mouth ,headache, increased thirst, loss of appetite or weight loss, metallic taste ,sleepiness ,trouble sleeping ,vomiting ,weakness.
