General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Gynaset is used to normalize menstruation after medical abortion. The common side effects are nausea, pain in abdomen, soreness in breast, intermittent spotting. But these are less likely to trouble for a short course of 2 weeks. Please be in touch with your treating doctor in case of excessive side effects.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
