What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Phentermine ?

I stopped taking phentermine a week ago; had some mild chest pain while on the drug (3 mos) but nothing like this. I feel pain on the leafy lateral chest that intensifies with minimal activity and goes almost completely away w rest except if I deep breath

Phentermine is a drug which can side effects like chest pain, increased pounding heart beat and troubled breathing. So i assume what you are going through is because of the drug . Sudden stoppage of the drug can also cause rebound symptoms sometimes.
If the chest pain is getting worse day by day its better to consult your physician and also consider getting an ECG, ECHO , and a chest X-ray to rule out other causes.
