HI, I am 28 & my height is 5 feet2 with a body weight of 67.5, I had been was advised to take Primosa 1000 for 6 months, during diagnosis my weight was 58 & it has increased now, upto 10 kgs, I have stopped taking Primosa now, but my breast size has increased suddenly, as my frnds say, is it beacause of leavinf primosa, I don t have any complains of pains any more exceot some tenderness during perids which occurs after 25 days.I am a bit worried.
You don’t need to worry about it, if you have breast tenderness with pain on touching then you should examine your breast for any lump. If there is no lump palpable then you should take primosa for at least 3 weeks. Sometimes the tenderness occurs prior to periods. For weight gain, you should get evaluated for PCOD. Food habits should be maintained with at least 20 mins walk after taking meals. Investigations to be done: USG pelvis, TSH. Monitor weight weekly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
