Hi, I often prefer to take sinarest tablet whenever I suffer from sever headache and mid-back pain.
I usually feel continuous pain in my mid-back as I sit longer period of time in front of computer.
so I just want to know weather there are any side effects of taking this tab once in a week or two weeks ?

Sinarest tablet i.e. chlorpheniramine maleat=pheniramine+paracetamol+caffeine.
Sinarest is usually prescribed for common cold , as pain reliever ( as you are taking ).
As you mentioned that you are taking this tablet once or twice in a week .
As all ingredients are safe ,so you can take this tablet as you mentioned in your query , even for very long period .
Clorpheniramine + pheniramine are antihistamine ,while paracetamol and caffeine are pain reliever .
