Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If these drugs have been prescribed to him by his doctor then this is not dangerous. These drugs may alone or in combination with each other cause low blood pressure but I'm sure his doctor has checked whether they're appropriate for his case or not. Sildenafil is not give for arterial hypertension. It can be given for pulmonary hypertension which is a little different entity than arterial hypertension.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
