Hello I have a pink spot on my lips and I want to know is it safe and effective to make a tattoo? How much does it cost? where in india can I find it?

pink spot over face mostly due to some hemangioma or vascular malformation .
it must be examine by dermatologist first
if it is any type of hemangioma then tattoo is not advisable
there are LASER TO remove it
better to consult dermatologist who is practice cosmetology also
dont worry as there are better option nows a day
but personally i dont advise u to go for tattoo over face .
