What Are The Side Effects Of Tenovate Cream?
I used tenovate cream to smoothen and lighten my skin (I am African with black skin) but got a thining side effect. please wat can I use to make my skin lighter (chocolate preferably), soft and moisturized. I am also battling dry skin on my legs and hands

Tenovate is clobetasol and it is not useful for your case.
For dry skin on legs and hands use "lactic acid " lotion or ointment ( lubricant / moisturiser ) . Apply twice in day till complete relief.
For black skin apply "hydroquinone+hydrocortisone+tretinoin" ointment for local application on black skin . Cover it with cloth and if possible avoid direct sun light.
Vitamin "C " also help one tablet twice in day.
