My wife is a SLE patient. Recently got elevated potassium level in blood. Our Doctor advised her K-bind powder for about a week. Then after almost 1 month has passed, she is complaining of stomach gas along with nosia. Her digestion system seems to be not working properly. Pl advice
Nausea, vomiting, bloating, gastric irritation, constipation or diarrhoea, tiredness, muscle cramps can occur with the use of drug. The should be stopped after potassium levels return to normal.
Drugs that reduce reflux symptoms and acid secretion such as proton pump inhibitors should be taken to reduce the side effects.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
