What Are The Side Effects Of This Medication?

Good morning Dr., I am 33 year old female, now 32 weeks, I consult the doctor and scaned but the doctor suggested to take betnenesol injection for two day, he is telling the position of the child (head side) is not come lower. INJECTION BETNESOL IS GIVEN FOR LUNG MATURITY OF BABY.
IF THE HEAD IS IN UPPER POLE OF UTERUS THE BABY WILL DELIVER AS BREECH.
THE POSITION MAY CHANGE IN DUE COURSE.
WE HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE ONSET OF LABOUR.
DONT WORRY. WE CAN GO FOR C-SECTION IN CASE OF MALPRESENTATION OF BABY.
