Recently quit chewing tobacco, unlike what many people are saying, Ive noticed an increase in overall energy, my sleep patterns are more balanced. Could the tobacco have had that great of an effect over my metabolism, or could this just be a coincidence. Just for additional background info, I was chewing atleast a can a day, had a dip in my mouth more than not.
But i think you have not suffered these withdrawals. This is a wonderful thing.
Stay away from tobacco in future. Tobacco is always harmful for body and does no good.
Thanks.
