What Are The Side Effects Of Topcid 40 ?
I would like to know the side effects of Topcid 40. How long can it be had ? My friend is having oesophagial reflux problem and he has been advised to take this. He is relieved of his trouble after taking this tablet morning and night 1 tablet each time for the past 2 months.

Topcid 40 mg contains famotidine is a prescriptive drug that is used primarily in the peptic ulcer diseases and other gastroesophageal reflux diseases. It is histamine h2 blocker that prevents acid production in the stomach. It is also used to treat heartburn, indigestion, gastric acid duodenal ulcers, esophagitis etc. It should be taken in the amount as prescribed by your doctor depending on your condition. Side effects of Topcid 40 mg are diarrhea, itching, weakness, dizziness, black or tarry stools, fever, muscle pain, joint pain, constipation, impotence, gynecomastia, headache, drowsiness, difficulty in breathing, allergic reactions etc.
