What Are The Side Effects Of Using Meganueron?

Please give me side effects of tab meganueron.. I was taken 10 doss of inj vitcofol inj dn 5 dose in once a week ..that days my vit b12 level is 94 .. Now im taking tab meganuron for 3 month nowdays my b12 level is 86 .. Bt have epigastric pain , moodless , fatigue, severe body pain , dryness of mouth. I m also taking vitamin D3 my level of d3 is 16 .. I m taking calsirol sachet powder with water.. Please give me ans as soon as possible

Meganeuron Capsule contains Folic Acid, Alpha Lipoic Acid & Mecobalamin. Side effects include Allergic reactions, Anorexia, Nausea, Abdominal distention, Flatulence, Bitter or bad taste, Altered sleep patterns, Difficulty in concentrating, Irritability and Overactivity.

Epigastric pain, moodless, fatigue, severe body pain, dryness of mouth are unlikely to bed due to Meganeuron.

Recheck your serum Vitamin B12 level and serum Vitamin D 25 OH level to rule out hypervitaminosis D.
