friday just passed, I ate some cheerio sausages, at the time I had a blocked nose so could not smell if they were okay to eat. went ahead and ate them... Friday night just before I went to bed I had a really sore tummy.. thought it was just a tummy bug from the sausages.... managed to poop some of it out just enough to allow me to go to sleep with out being in to much pain... sat morning... it started again this time my teko was mixed with a large amount of blood... once I had passed I came right whats going on??

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history eating cheerio sausage which you could not smell due to blocked nose, started pain loose stool.
The signs and symptoms of food poisoning are:
Loose stools, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea with or without blood, sweating, dehydration, shock and can be very serious, fall of blood pressure , affection of liver and kidneys.

This can be very well food poisoning and I would advise you the following:
Rush to nearest hospital or ER and give sample of blood, urine and stool.
Get started with proper antibiotic, metronidazole and symptomatic and supportive treatment like intravenous fluids, electrolytes and so on.
You may need to be in the hospital for at least few days till the infection is under your control and vitals become stable for at least a day.
Do not try something at home. You can also send the ceerio sausage to the lab to test what organisms are most in it.
