What Are The Signs Of MS Attack?

I have multiple disc degeneration in my spine and cervical had a cervical fusion of the C-5 C6 in 2012 , I have severe central canal stenosis especially in the cervical area with problems in C-3c4 and c6 c7 with softening of the cord and patchy court signal on the MRI, I recently had a CT and brain mri which showed scattered white matter T2 hyper and some ischemic changes I am in pain all the time I have severe headaches I am now experiencing tremors in my right hand with some balance problems , are the symptoms all from my spine or do I have signs of MS

I read your question and I understand your concern.

It would have been useful if you could have told us your age. MS very rarely develops after the age of 45. It doesn't cause headache either. So if your age is advanced (as the degenerative spinal changes and ischemic changes suggest) then I don't think you have MS, the changes on MRI are most likely small vessel ischemic changes. As for balance issues, headache, pain they are common in spinal issues.
