What Are The Signs Of Having Leukemia On A 8 Month Old?

HI MY SON IS TURNING 8 MONTHS TOMRROW HES BEEN VERY FUSSY THE DR RAN SOME BLOOD WORK AND HIS WBC ARE NORMAL AT 11,000 BY HIS LYMPHOCYTES ARE HIGHER WHAT DOES THIS MEAN. HE HAS NO SYMPTOMS OTHER THEN NOT SLEEPING. IM AUTOMATICALLY THINKING LUEKEMIA BUT COULD IT BE SOMETHING ELSE

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Lymphocytes count are very high in 8 month old baby. It is normal variation in that age. If his differential count is normal except high lymphocytes then no need to worry about leukemia. It is due to age. No chance of leukemia. Don't worry about that. Just be relaxed.

I really appreciate your concern such high WBC does not indicate any danger pathology but this may be due to some infection that may have little bacterial load some times dose not need any treatment and this can not be "leukemia" just forget about this, hope this information helps, take care.
