What Are The Signs Of Preterm Labour?

My wife who went into preterm labor at 19 weeks is now 12 weeks pregnant again says she felt a gush of water leaking from her vagina. Went to the ER ran some tests and did an ultra sound. Sent her home. Felt it again today less than 24 hours later. Are we being worry warts? need to know what is going on and the hospital isn t telling me?

hi,at 12 weeks it is not possible to have your water bag burst so in all likelihood what is making her feel wet is increased white discharge. she can just lightly insert betadiene vaginal pessary at bedtime for 6 nights .in case there is any associated itching she has to use clingen vaginal pessary for 6 nights also.she should take adequate rest and no coitus and lifting weight.all the best.
