What Are The Spots On The Penis After I Had Unprotected Sex?

Hi there, I was wondering if I could get some advice, I am nearly 30, smoke 15 a day, 6 ft and 3 or 4 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with a woman who appears to be in good health, I was drunk at the time and my mind has been unsettled ever since.
I found 2 white head type spots on my penis shaft and a lump has formed on the upper pallate near the third mollar past my kanine, I am probably worried over nothing but I am turning into a real hypochondriac. this all started after the sexual encounter.
Thank you in advance

Hi,
Welcometo HCM.

Don't bother about these symptoms. They might not be related to STD/HIV.
Anyhow you had an unprotected exposure and you are having risk for HIV/STD. Consult your physician and have a blood work-up for both HIV/STD and rule out all these possibilities and try to stick to Protected sex here afterwards in future to avoid unnecessary mental tension.
