Hi im dr.hema physiotherapist. You are 22 years. Though theoretically growth in the males will stop between 18-20 years, practically we notice few people growing in height even after 20 years. Yes there are things that help us but the effect may or not help you.studies says 60% to 8o % depends on genes.
So the things that we can do are 1.rich nutrients that includes more calcium, protein, zinc, vit d. (Dairy products, dhal, pumpkin, peanuts, fresh veggies, fruits) do not diet heavily. 2.joining sports team, and being very active. 3.strecthing exercises from neck, , shoulder , trunk and legs has to be slow and gentle. 4 hanging on a bar just for 5 to 10 secs.can avoid in issues that if the BMI is not in control.
Hope the information is useful.
Happy to help u. In doubt do reply.
