What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For PCOS?

When I was teenager I only have a period once a year. When I was 18, I had partner then my menstrual period became normal then after 2 years when we broke up its back to abnormal.I have no sexual contact since then. Now, I m 26 years old and I m 2 years have no menstruation...Do I have PCOS?

greetings. I understand your concern.
PCOS is a complex syndrome which can only be controlled. So if you were diagnosed as PCOS earlier you will be for ever till you surgically remove ovaries.
But there are certain clear cut guidelines to diagnose PCOD.
Just because you are not menstruating regularly it doesn't mean that you are having PCOD.
So what I suggest is to get an ultrasound scan along with hormonal analysis .After that we will come to know your problem.Consult a gynaecologist and get it investigated. You can send us the reports so that we will help you.Hope my answer helps you. Regards
