hi i am 26 year old .i had an abortion after that i had bleeding for two weeks and then check out to the doctor she said that the abortion was incomplete so that i had d&c and then everything was OK.but it was four month later story still i had no period yet but every month i had pain ,my doctor give me premarin for 20 days i take it but still no period.what can i do now ? i am really scared now that i could not be a mother........i am just 26 year old .hoe can i handle it ?i am afraid that i had an asherman syndrome? please give me the advice that help me.

Get a scan done to see for the uterine lining. Uterine lining thin with hazziness indicate asherman's syndrome. in this case it need to be treated with hysteroscopy and adhesiolysis followed by which 3 cycles of OCP's need to be taken . then pregnancy can be tried. If you have good ovulation, there is chance of pregnancy. Hope I have answered your query. Good day.
