What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For Bipolar Disorder?
i just took an online quiz to see why i ve been acting differently in the past couple months or so, and so i took a quiz on some sort of medical website, but i was wanting to talk to an actual doctor to see if i m actually bipolar like it said on the quiz...

Bipolar disorder is a mood disorder in which the person experiences episodes of mania (decrease need for sleep, extravagant behaviour, increased self esteem etc) and depression ( sad mood, low confidence, low self esteem, low energy). These episodes may alternate occur in any sequence. Also there may be periods of normal mood as well.
In the treatment, we prescribe medicine which act to stabilize person's mood.

What symptoms you are having let me clear the diagnosis. Wthout history it is very difficult to diagnose.
internet quiz generally misguided and people start to think the same symptoms of bipolar disorder whatever they read. so clear the symptoms you are having.
elevated moods with depression. most of the patients are having lost insight.
in my opinion you are not having bipolar.
better to visit a local psychiatrist for the complete history.
