began having UTI symptoms last Thursday; self treated with home remedies; got better; then tuesday night i had shaking chills and back pain; urgent care gave me Rocephin shot and keflex wednesday morning (had a high pulse as well) ; i continue to have back pain, slight fever, chills and 92 pulse. Any advice
