I had an MRI for cervical views and as an incidental finding showed a Thornwaldts cyst - I have numerous unexplained symptoms that I am finding similar to reports although they seem somewhat vague however I think this must be a clue. The radiologist did not specify size just that there was the probability that this is what it was. I went specifically for neck pain, stiffness, constant headache and balance issues. Prior to having a right vetebral annuerysm repaired (stent) in Nov of 2013. I did not have the balance issue prior to the sugery which they like to refer to as dizziness. I do not have vertigo (it has been eliminated) but I do have extreme tinnitis - swooshing in the right ear and general fullness in the lower back of my head.
This is a surgical case. U need to rule out the cause of the ongoing tinnitus as to whether yet due to vascular problem or something else. In any min doubtful areas, the thornwaldts cyst / swelling needs to be removed and address the ti.nnitus till then with neurobion, bilovas.. and vertin sos
